Professional and independent Forensic Consultant on divorce, child custody, child abuse-related, domestic violence, sex crimes and repressed memory cases, with a concentration in parental alienation, false accusations and mental health disorders. In cases over the past several years Dean Tong has been retained by parents and attorneys from the following 41 states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV.

Dean Tong, as Forensic Consultant, assists attorneys and individuals accused of abuse and/or those embroiled in protracted child custody litigation, nationally, with case intake, selection of experts, coordinating psychosexual, psychological and polygraph testing of the accused, legal research relative to help on motions, case law, depositions, request for admissions, et al, the application of science to the law, and overall forensic guidance of court cases. His selection of experts includes: Registered Custody Evaluators; Parental Alienation and Relocation Experts; Borderline Personality Experts; polygraph examiners; psychosexual assessors; forensic pediatricians; miscellaneous medical doctors; criminal, civil, juvenile and administrative expert attorneys; Guardians-Ad-Litem; private investigators; Suggestibility Experts (Child Developmental Psychologists), Attachment Theory Experts, and Psychologists that critique Social Services and other Psychologists.

In December 2001, Mr. Tong was qualified as and tendered as an expert witness by Attorney - State Legislator Charles Rusty Webb in Case. No. 98-D-47, Drake v. Drake, out of Parkersburg, West Virginia. In January 2003, Mr. Tong was tendered by Attorney Timothy Lapointe and provided expert testimony in a family court case from Iowa in the case of Kaduce v. Kaduce.

In addition, Mr. Tong is a Florida licensed Laboratory Medical Technologist in Chemistry, Hematology, Serology and Microbiology, with over 20 years of experience in clinical lab settings testing blood and bodily fluids, speaker, radio talk show host and author.

Dean Tong and his critically acclaimed book Elusive Innocence have received mention by Dr. Gordon Finley, Professor of Psychology at Florida International University in Miami. Tong's book is referenced in the following article within the following treatise:

Dean Tong and his book Elusive Innocence have been referenced by William Eddy, Esq., LCSW, in his 2003 recently published booklet Splitting: Protecting Yourself While Divorcing a Borderline or Narcissist. Attorney Eddy says of Elusive Innocence on page 131 in Splitting - "This is an excellent book for those who have been falsely accused of child sexual abuse in divorce, with many case examples and numerous resources."
