Larry Garza was born in South Texas in 1952 and comes from a long time Hispanic family in the area of which he is the 9th generation born in Starr, County Texas. He attended Pan American University in 1973 but his education was interrupted by love. He married and went to work for Brown & Root inc. at the Nuclear Power Plant in South Port N.C. Larry Garza has been married to Linda Olsen for more than 31 years. 1975 brought him back to the Houston, TX area where took technical courses at San Jacinto College in Deer Park, TX.  He recruited by Exxon Corp. where he worked for 10 years, (from 1976 to 1986), implementing Engineering Modifications in their computer controlled process control systems.

In 1986 Garza resigned to pursue a Humanitarian endeavor across the continent of Asia. Since that time Garza has taken medical teams to places like Sri Lanka and Mongolia as well as provide resources and financial aid to places like Pakistan, Kyrghyzstan, Thailand, Myanmar and many other places. This project inadvertently resulted in the accomplishment of a personal dream to retrace the many paths of the “Old Silk Road” and Marco Polo. In fact Larry Garza has been across the entire continent of Asia by land and has intensively studied Asian people and religions. His studies of Islam and the Moslem people have made him one of the world's foremost expert on the topics.

A great turning point occurred for Garza personally in his technical education as he read of Einstein’s General and Special Theories of Relativity. He became fascinated with the Metaphysical implications of Physics and studied the Occult, the Qabalah and graduated from the Yoga Institute of Houston. The year 1983 brought a revolutionary change because of the 1974 Investigative report on the Shroud of Turin. Since then he has devoted himself to the betterment of mankind.
