CWO James W. Harper (retired)
Chief Warrant Officer 5, James W. Harper (equivilant to an Army Colonel) spent 32 years in Military intelligence and served during both Desert Shield and Desert Storm, managing Human Intelligence Collection for the US Central Command in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He established and managed the Joint Interrogation Facility, the Captured Material Exploitation Center, and the Document Exploitation Center.
The last six years of his military career (up until his
retirement in 2000) were spent with the 'Defensive Threat Reduction Agency'
(formerly the On-site Inspection Agency), gathering Intel and debriefing US Government
inspectors involved in treaty verification between the US and treaty partners.
Chief Harper speaks four languages and is very knowledgeable on facts surrounding Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), Saudi Arabia affairs, Iraqi government matters and the inside story on Saddam Hussein.
Currerently Chief Harper consults for Phoenix Consulting, a Huntsville, Alabama government contractor, serving as a Defense Department Education Project Manager responsible for directing contract education programs for the Department of Defense in the areas of Interpersonal Communications (elicitation techniques and other subtle forms of intelligence gathering).
