Laura Carroll has a Master’s degree in Psychology and has assisted litigators for over 15 years. As a social sciences, communications and psychology expert, she has extensive experience in preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, advising attorneys on case strategy, high risk juror identification, managing pre-trial research projects, and jury debriefings for a wide range of cases.LauraHS1.jpg (145101 bytes)

Laura’s expertise in survey research, personality profiling, group dynamics, facilitation and communications has provided valuable communications support for attorneys and their clients, who have worked as corporate executives and managers, financial and technical professionals, healthcare and medical professionals, as well as expert witnesses.

As an accomplished public speaker and specialist in courtroom communication and persuasion, Laura has extensive experience coaching attorneys on opening and closing statements. She has also coached executives and seminar leaders on presentation and public speaking skills. Laura has conducted many public seminars on personal and professional development topics, and appeared on network television and syndicated radio talk shows to discuss human behavior and social science topics.

She is a senior partner in the prominent trial consulting firm RAVEN WORKS and resides in Portland, OR.

Laura is an accomplished communicator and popular public speaker, author, and consultant on human behavior. She has her Master's in Industrial Psychology, and has been a successful business consultant and seminar leader for the past fifteen years.  She has provided lectures and symposiums on personal development skills, and her expertise includes conflict resolution, career development, layoff survival, improving management skills and leadership styles.  She also has extensive experience in designing and writing educational programs, employee screening and selection materials, and designs employee motivational programs.

Laura's efforts in counseling employees who are dealing with the trauma of a layoff resulted in the creation of a book, titled, "Finding Fulfillment from the Inside Out: How to Unravel the Real You and Discover Your Purpose in Life."  In an attempt to assist those employees who face a job transition, she wrote a resource publication, titled, "How to Bounce Back From Cutbacks."

In addition to these personal development programs and publications, Ms. Carroll has been published in such major consumer and trade magazines as; Human Resource Focus, Career Woman, Women In Business, Minority Engineer, Mortgage Banking, Equal Opportunity Magazine and Beach News.
