Judge in Michael Jackson case allows for expert testimony!
With the power and financial capabilities Michael Jackson has at his disposal, it is unbelievable that he has not assembled a dream team, with a flank of pit bull trial attorneys and investigators experienced in working child sex cases, along with credentialed mental health experts who can provide testimony that will provide Jackson with a fair and proper defense. All the high profile character witnesses in the world will not replace a proper defense strategy that will impeach the words of children, and it appears that Michael Jackson is going to the gunfight with an empty gun. At present, he is setting himself up to lose in court. He should consider the following:
Consider sending Mr. Jackson for a full day of psychosexual and psychological testing to an expert which would include a PPG (Penile Plethysmograph), AASI (www.abelscreen.com), et al.
Consider retaining a foremost cognitive developmental psychologist and memory expert to glean if the sexual abuse accusations from Chandler, Arvizo, et al, were made contemporaneously without coercion or influence via pressure from Dr. Katz, Mr. Chandler's father, Mr. Arvizo's mother, et al. Any tapes, audio or video, and/or transcripts of the child disclosures should be critiqued for authenticity, credibility and reliability.
Consider a defense motion to have the current child accusers forensically interviewed by a defense expert via video and 1-way mirror.
If the defense has not already done so, consider hiring an Anthony Pellicano-type Private Investigator to affect collateral interviews of everyone who knows the Arvizo/Ventura family - from friends to family members to teachers to guidance counselors to pediatricians, et al.
Consider having the defense concentrate on bringing forward CHILD (11 - 17) not adult witnesses who can corroborate that Jackson is NOT the monster the prosecution has painted him to be. Celebrities such as Elizabeth Taylor, Quincy Jones, Jay Leno and Larry King will NOT possess more credibility than child witnesses who've cavorted around and with Jackson and who can say that he's never exposed himself to them or vice-versa and that he's never touched them or "vice-versa.”
Retain a forensic expert who can say to a degree of scientific certainty whether or not Jackson is a hebephile.
